Absolutely love this place. Everything I’ve gotten has been delicious. The brewed coffee is made really well, the pastries and desserts are all made by someone who clearly knows what they’re doing, and there’s a wide variety of food with high quality ingredients and interesting flavors. Nothing mediocre here.

We were staying in Reserve NM for a few days of rockhounding with our rock club from AZ. We took the pleasant drive from our lodging to enjoy a great breakfast here before a day of agate hunting. The baked goods looked fantastic. The staff were super cordial and welcoming. As in many tiny towns, this seems to be the local meeting place, and as each person came in, we were greeted with a friendly hello. The food selections were surprisingly sophisticated for such a small, rural location. I thoroughly enjoyed a Garden Frittata loaded with veggies and served with a side of veggies and homemade wheat toast that was fantastic. My husband opted for an Elk Burger breakfast with eggs over easy that he said were perfect, and it was topped of with a magnificent biscuit with butter and honey. We highly recommend this place if you're ever in this neck of the woods. I'm seriously regretting not getting a cookie or cinnamon roll or two. Definitely next time!

A place worth to make a detour! Great coffee. All baked goodies were baked from the scratch right there and the baker knows his trade! The apple pie was to die for! Very friendly atmosphere. It was a welcome break in my travels. Thank you, Jennifer - you are just that awesome .

Wow, astoundingly great food - especially when you come in after a few days camping in the hinterlands. Everything looked so good, huge portions, and tasted great! Not only the food, but espresso drinks, homemade canned goods, t-shirts, bags, and other gift items at very reasonable prices. This is a must stop, when in the area!

Really delightful place in a remote area along the highway in far west central New Mexico. Not the standard diner you'd expect. Far beyond expectations! Fresh veggies, fresh fruit, homemade bread and other quality baked goods. Only disappointment is that they're open only 3 days a week--Friday, Sunday, and Monday. But great for our weekend excursions north out of Silver City. We'll stop in along the way both heading out and coming back.

This was our second visit to Adobe. We simply couldn't go too long without another portobello mushroom sandwich. It is a delicious and flavorful substitute for a meat patty. We also took home a veggie pizza, which did not disappoint! Adobe's staff is so nice and accommodating, and dogs are welcome on the front patio. Plus, there are lots of different types of hot and iced drinks, as well as milkshakes and baked goods. Great stop on the way to Glenwood and Silver City.

We enjoyed our coffee and snacks here. The lady at the counter was genuinely kind to these stranded Houstonians. Im sure they get dummies like us pretty often LOL!

Had a great lunch here on the way from Gila up to Albuquerque. Order at the counter and sit down and they bring it to you. I had a BALT with cole slaw and my wife the portobello sandwich. Both were excellent and service was friendly. Not sure when I will be back in the area but will stop by.
